Ed works exclusively with Christian business owners and CEOs. His coaching and consulting are built around the conviction that faith and business leadership belong together — and that the loneliness, uncertainty, and spiritual weight of ownership deserve a coach who has personally lived them.

Flywheel Forum is Ed's peer advisory group for Christian business owners and CEOs in Denver. It is a small, confidential group that combines executive leadership development, individual coaching, and genuine peer friendship inside a Christian framework. Members often come in navigating high growth, culture challenges, personnel issues, or the tension between faith and daily business pressures.

Ed starts with a Quick Start phase — you provide information about yourself and your business before the first session so the conversation begins with real context. Sessions are primarily in person on the Front Range. Between sessions, you have phone access to Ed, so you are not waiting for the next scheduled meeting when something important comes up.

Ed has consulted on corporate turnarounds, rapid growth transitions, organization development, strategic planning, KPI development, core values discovery and implementation, partner dispute mediation, and business sale preparation and negotiation across many different industries and company sizes over several decades.
